      The dates of my transaction are March 19th and another on March 21 2022. I purchased 2 items from this company and paid 175.00 and 29.00 dollars. They have taken the money from my bank and have yet to contact by phone or email regarding my orders. They have a guarantee stating 1 to 3 days for shipping. Also stated I could contact with questions. I have been contacting them daily with questions about my orders and have been ignored. Have no idea if I have been taken or how to proceed.

      I bought the unclaimed mail mystery box on 07/16/2021. I spent $76.00 on the product. On the website it said ( and says) that the product would be shipped within 1-3 business days. In the box would be unclaimed mystery mail ( like the name suggests). I would like a refund since it’s been so long because it does not seem like I am getting the product. At the very least getting the product will be fine too. Whenever the company went by **********, they had their number and email online. I contacted them using ###-###-####. That number is now no longer in business and the new name/company ( CAK supply) has no contact information available to reach them on. Whenever I did call and reach out to **********, I called around 12 times. Every time I called I would be told by a worker that my box would be shipped out within the week or the following week but then never received and tracking updates. I never got a package or an answer other than that. My order number is #******. They did give me a tracking number, but it says it can’t me found when clicking on it. The tracking number is ************. It was given to me less than a week after I ordered the package.

      Placed an order in July and anytime I email them they dodge me and nothing sent. Fed up!! They even changed the name of the business to avoid the BBB previous name was WIIbargain.

      On 1/16/22, I ordered 3 (THREE) Bed Bath & Beyond mystery boxes from CAK Supply, LLC. I paid $125 per box, where they guarantee 10 store returned items from the store. I have only opened 1 box because I was LIVID at what they sent me; no WAY those items were $125 worth of merchandise! I received a plastic, suction cup pull up bar (that can NOT be used to pull up just with suction cups holding the bar to the wall! JUNK!), a men's wallet, a cheap throw rug, drab ugly curtains, a STAINED pillow, a wire apparatus that doesn't do anything, a pie plate, a box of Christmas ornaments that clearly says TARGET & Christmas lights that clearly says TARGET (yet these items were all supposedly Bed, Bath & Beyond items!)!! I immediately sent them a message via their online portal, yet received no response. I submitted a 1-star review that they never uploaded. I sent numerous messages and they FINALLY responded on 2/21 asking for pictures so they could resolve it for me. On 2/22, I sent the pictures & a list of items & pointed out the Target items that I received. Here it is, the first of March, yet I have failed to hear anything else from them! I am SO disheartened & am scared to open up the other 2 boxes for fear of getting upset by the subpar items sent & realizing the fact that I'd been scammed out of my money. I'm disabled & do not have money to just throw away. I trusted all of the 5 star reviews I had seen online & ordered based off of those, not realizing that they manipulate the reviews & only upload the ones from large influencers, in which they allegedly are the only ones that they send the good items to. I'm extremely upset that and I NEED THIS TO BE RESOLVED ASAP!!! IWOULD LIKE A REFUND FOR ALL THREE BOXES THAT I RECEIVED, IN WHICH 2 HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN OPENED & I WILL HAPPILY RETURN EVERYTHING BACK TO THEM (AT THEIR EXPENSE SINCE IT WAS THEIR ERRORS) & WILL PROMISE TO NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN SO AS TO NEVER HAVE TO HAVE THIS SAME EXPERIENCE AGAIN -- EVER!!!

      Previously filed a complaint listing another business but now appears to be listed as a different name. I did contact their support and was told to reach out to Wibargain as it is a different company. However, when going to wibargain website it directs me to CAK supply for purchase of wibargain boxes. The phone number that was included in my previous inquiry to wibargain over 6 months ago is no longer working and there is no contact information online on the wibargain website. This is ridiculous I’m not sure what has occurred but this company charged for a product that was never shipped in June of 2021 and the money needs to be refunded as it should have never been charged until shipment.
