CAK Supply is indeed Wibargain with a new name. A scam of an organization who will ship junk, if they ship anything at all. Let the buyer beware. I wish I had done some research before I ordered from them. I will admit my first box was decent enough. Which lead me to order a 2nd, big mistake. A $75 box that is not worth even $20. Broken items, garbage, totally unusable stuff. I should have done my research. I'm fighting the charge, but I have had absolutely no response from the company.

Don't be fooled, this is still Wii bargain. Before you consider ordering anything go look at their reviews. Guessing that they changed the name because their page was flagged for possible scammers and has over 800 complaints that they refuse to resolve. This was my personal experience with them and if I could give less than a star I would. Purchased box on 7/29/2021. Anda second one (8/14/2021)once the first was marked as shipped. When the second box came I reached out (8/15) since the first hadnt arrived and tracking showed invalid. informed me(8/16) orders are automatically assigned a tracking number and it would be shipped ASAP. Followed up on 9/2, gotan email 9/3 stating it had not shipped yet and would be again ASAP. Emailed on 9/26 as it still had not been shipped, 9/27 received the same email stating it would be shipped ASAP and expedited. Emailed 9/28 requesting them to cancel it as its been months and I had been told multiple times that it would be expedited. I was emailed a form on 9/28 to be filled out requesting it be cancelled. Confirmed with agent Dalia that it would be refunded to the card purchased on. Received an email on 9/29 confirming that the order was cancelled and would be refunded. On 9/29 received an email stating refund was processed and given a transaction number. On 10/10 I sent a follow up email regarding the refund not being received in my account yet, received no response. on 10/13 sent another email, got response on 10/14 with the same information as before. two weeks later from the second refund confirmation it still had not been processed. Sent an email on 11/4 stating that I had given the allotted 3-5 business days and it still was not processed. contacted the bank with the transaction number that they gave me multiple times. they researched it and still found that this transaction did not exist and were only able to find the first two charges. Company gave fake transaction number and refuses to refund. REVIEWS ARE FILTERED

I was scammed. I essentially bought a box of broken goods. When I brought this up to the company that not a single thing in my box was usable they offered me $15 on my next box. If you have the need to send the $100 that this box cost just do your self a favor and don't. You will regret it. Also, they edit their comments on their website so they don't show anything below 4 stars.

This is the same company as Wibargain (Bakersfield, CA). I ordered a $140 premium mystery box in October 2021. A shipping label was created immediately, but the item was never shipped. I filled out their returns form, emailed multiple times, and called them multiple times to get my refund. Every time I talked to them they said they would refund the order by the next business day. It's now January 2022 and I still have yet to get a refund and they have stopped responding to emails, etc. Wibargain and CAK supply are absolute scams.

scam !!!!! this is WiBargain new name ... i placed a order June 25 2021 and as of today Jan 15 2022 it still hasn't been shipped out i have ask for a refund they had my fill out a form and then tell me waiting on billing that was in September 2021 .. i still get emails from WiBargain and when i click on it " place a order " CAK Supply LLC shows up !!!! do not order form them !!!!

This is wibargin just changed the name because of the bad reviews. I ordered from thwm and have not received my product.
