I purchased vehicle and it had damaged that supoosedly they send to get fixed all they did was wax it anu u can see tge same isue it had they just tried to cover the damage it had with the buff i asked them abkut it because its been less that a year and **** said i took to long but u can tell it was cause of there repair that is like that they lie to people alot to get them to buy i purchased it in september 2023Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I just dropped off my vehicle at the buisness **** came out checked the issue and he will be taking care of it they let me borrow a truck while mine is done thank you for your assistance

On 2/24/2022 I purchased a 2016 BMW 320i I was told that all cars at that dealership came with a anti theft device and was told it was included in the price of the vehicle long story short I was tricked into buying additional services and devices on this vehicle I did sign my name on paperwork because I didn’t fully understand what I was signing because I was being told something different. I do not have a problem with the purchase of the car but the tactic used to sneak in additional services that I did not want.Business response

On May 2 2021 My 1989 K 1500 pick up was taken to Delano Chevrolet for transmission issues. On June 18 2021 a month and half later Chevrolet called me to tell me the transmission needed to be rebuilt. I agreed and they out source the rebuilt. Chevrolet took out the transmission and reinstalled the rebuilt transmission. In the process the destroyed my AC blower, they destroyed my new CV boot on the passenger side due to incompetence's. They fix everything they destroyed but I do not believe up to par. They gave me back my truck the RPM were running high and I brought it up to ***** the service manager. He replied everything was all right. I took the truck and the motor blew up not more than two hours after I received it back from Chevrolet. They say they were looking for the right motor to honor a two year warranty they said I would get for all parts and labor. Delano Chevrolet has had my truck for goin on 6 months. I keep getting excuse. I contacted BAR and they do not reply.Business response
