I use to Love going to Ono Hawaiian BBQ in ******* ** location but I witnessed how a certain shift leader ******* treats their employees. Like if they were dogs . You could just hear how she treats them while we're eating . The food is great but the atmosphere makes us feel really uncomfortable .

Worst experience I've had at Ono I was surprised. I live by the new location and was excited to try it. I went through the drive thru and waited 20min at the window after giving my order. Then finally someone came to wi Dow and asked if i have been helped yet? I said no, i have not! I told her I ordered the game meal with no maccaroni and extra rice. I waited another 10min finally came out and rushed me out. I got home And checked the food and found out that they did not give the bbq beef. I got everything else but the BBQ beef. I called the restaurant and let them know, they asked for my bill#335 said hold on and then they just hung up on me. I tried to call back but your employees left the phone off the hook so no more calls would come in. I tried to drive back but your employees saw me coming and locked the doors 10 minutes early at 950pm to avoid me. This was just so disrespectful I was at a loss. Not only did spend over 50$ to not get what I paid for I had to drive and then back just to have your employees totally disrespect a paying customer. I never had a bad experience at the Peoria location. It just saddened me that your business would do such a thing to paying customer. Especially when you work hard for your money only to get ripped off and waste gas driving to get the door locked on you. I didn't have enough food to feed my family after all that. I had to spend more somewhere else just to have enough.

On May 4, 2022 Wednesday my wife and I went to Ono Hawaiian BBQ to place a order for my son lunch at school on May 5, 2022 at 11:30 am pick up. We have call spoke to Andrea she the one who place order she told my wife the order is ready to pick up so she went to the restaurant. Andrea told my wife " I thought it was for Saturday " my wife reply "there isn't no school on Saturday what are you talking about ?" she spoke to the manger not even manger or employees didn't apologize they keep argue saying did you call us? Everyone is was very rule at less they should've apologize. We are very upset seem like the manager and Andrea didn't want to work so I called headquartered. No answer I left message no reply also I have email no reply other what kind business are they running here ?
