I had a physical exam last year. Received a bill lately. A ********** test that was done in the past 10 years in my annual physical exam their doctor prescripted was said not covered by insurance. Talked with insurance company. Insurance company told me they billed wrong charge code. The agent from insurance company and I called St Jude's contact number and waited for two hrs with no one pick up. It turns our we are not alone. Go to their yelp review. There are multiple the same complaints from others. WE have been using the clinic for 23 years. It is first time we have issue with annual physical. We have paid earlier multiple charges they said insurance does not cover. But it seems to be a bogus practice by the business to cheat money from consumers. We want they to let us know what is difference between 2021 from earlier physical which we have been doing in their business for the past 21 years.Business response

We are waiting for insurance to complete the reprocessing of this claim. Pending completion of the claim, patient balance is on hold with us.
