Wasn't a way to talk to anybody after they sent me some bogus imitation looking bottles of don't know what. Had to turn to the authorization through the bank filing a fraud complaint where they do reimburse the money but at the same time waiting for the company to respond. I've even tried to have an exchange made but all I've gotten back is to give a review. This has gone on for almost 2 months. The phone number listed to make contact, a person answers as if a private number and it was cut off. Then the email address was sent back as if it doesn't exist. There are even 2-3 different addresses from what they provide on their website, the invoice and the return label on stained looking delivery package. What make it so bad, I had ordered from them a while back with no problem.Review from joan T

I ordered my product on April 4th 2024 and it is now May 10th. I have been emailing as well as calling the number provided on their website. The number on their site is actually a cell phone. I even texted them. I received no answer/ reply to my emails as well. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Buyers BEWARE. I wish I would have checked the reviews before purchasing from them. I purchased ****** worth of products July 2022, but never received my order contacted the company by emails several times, I received one email from a person from the company apologizing stated they will send order out to me but never received my order called many times and left messages stating I never received my order but no responds recently tried to contact again by emails and phone calls havent heard anything so I advise ones to be careful they arent worth 1 star very upset for this isnt right and Im advising everyone I know not to order from this companyReview from Aisha D

On April 27, 2023 Hair Spa LA took a payment from my card for an order. It has now been over 60 days and there is no sign of the order. The tracking number information reads that **** is still waiting to receive the package for shipping. I just want my money back at this point. This is a fraudulent company. They have apologized on multiple occasions and promised to ship the purchased items but they haven't.Review from R S

The worst company ever!!!! Do NOT BUY! These are fraudulent individuals looking to steal your money. I have reported to my bank as fraudulent/scam. I should have come here first. ****** learned. I just want my money back. The sad part is they actually reached out to me when I made a purchase via text message. When I didnt receive my product 2 weeks later, I of course replied back to same text. You guessed it they never responded. No good will come to these people. I hope they loose all the money the scammed from people up in smoke.Review from Cherie C.

If i could do no stars i would. This company has taken my money and still no product recieved. I keep getting the same response via email they apologize and it will be shipped but nothing. My order was placed on dec 29 this is so wrong and unfair now the website is no longer up.Review from Lucy D

Placed an order back on February 5. They took the money out of my account and I still have yet to receive my product. I spent 81 dollars. Ive emailed, and sent messages on instagram. Was told that they were looking into giving me a refund, but as of today 3/23/2023 all communication has stopped and I still dont have my money. Hair Spa La is a rip off. They have taken my money and never delivered the product I ordered jn early February. I contacted them 3 times and all I got were excusess a d false promises. This is no way to run a business. I would advise people not to buy from this company. No one can anyway because they have now taken their website down.
