Bought a chain on Feb 28, 2024 that was delivered on Mar 5, 2024. I bought the chain and a charm to go with it for Fathers Day. My boyfriend hasnt even been wearing the chain for a good month and we're sitting next to eachother on July 4th and the chain literally just fell off my boyfriends neck. I message the seller about the situation and they reply that they only Warranty they're jewelry for 7 days. That in itself should let the customer, seller, and anyone doing business with them know they sell cheap, low quality jewelry. I literally just got the charm back we ordered for this chain last week, which we bought from another dealer on Amazon. Had to return it and get a replacement bc the charm started turning black after it was worn one time. It us absolutely ridiculous that this company is out here selling low grade jewelry, taking people's money, and refusing to guarantee their product past a week. Even the 30 day return policy is ridiculous. On jewelry?! They don't even have enough confidence in their own product to warranty their jewelry for a reasonable amount of time (i.e. 6 months to a year) to ensure customer satisfaction. I was actually thinking about purchasing another chain after we got this one...bc I won't lie...the chain is pretty. But as far a quality...trash. I will never buy from these people again bc at the end of the day it's a waste of hard earned money, time, and effort. We did nothing wrong aside from ordering from a company that cares only about profit and not customer satisfaction. This chain breaking was no fault of our own. We were literally sitting in the car talking and the chain just fell off his neck smh. Ridiculous.
