I purchased PVD coated items. I want to return or exchange. I e entered order number on their website. My order is not recognized. I emailed a few times and have not heard back. They say 24/7 customer service.They claim to have ****** reviews but there is no way to leave a review on ******. Very disappointing. I can't use 3 of the 6 items I ordered.

I read the reviews here, and decided to still give them a try. I ordered a 2mm VS diamond nose stud, with a screw in back. I was able to get 15% off their already low prices, and was pleased when I got the email that my order had shipped that same day. I live across the country, but it still arrived only a few days later (it only took 2-3 days). I opened the package, and was very pleased with my order. I went to where I had it pierced, and they switched it out. They said it was a good quality piece of jewelry. I have been wearing it for several days, with absolutely no issues. I am very sensitive to metals, so if this was not real I'd know. This is absolutely a great place to buy from. 5 stars. Quality items of jewelry.Body Jewelry Factory Response

Awesome company! I just got piercings and ordered a bunch of jewelry online from Body Jewelry Factory. The pieces are beautiful and I truly love my purchases. What's more, their shipping was fast, insured and required a signature so I was assured my purchases would reach me safe and sound. Also, their customer service and product authentication process is outstanding. How they handled a recent mix-up with a return (that was totally my fault) proved that to me. They were thorough, kind, and got to the bottom of the issue with me ASAP. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. It's a bit worrisome buying 14k gold and diamonds online but after seeing first-hand how thorough they are in their testing and managing of merchandise, they've earned my complete trust. Beautiful products, great prices, quality merchandise, fast and reliable shipping, and fantastic customer service... You can't get better than that.
