    Purchased *************************************** Nov 2020 directly from website; worked with ****************** (Cali rep). We discussed underlayment (we are both older with knee/back issues); I was reviewing for 3mm QuietWalk Plus. I was assured this would be acceptable. Color is perfect and we were excited to have it installed based on the 50 yr warranty. Flooring was installed in home July/Aug 2023 on concrete mono slab. During installation, installer noted that many of the edges were brittle and broke during installation. I have gaps at long and short edges of many boards. The problem is throughout the house. Even had installer come back out to relay a large section of the flooring (we had 5 boxes extra before they started; only 5 planks now.) Problems "moved" to other sections at that point. **** had "independent flooring inspector" come out. New gaps are appearing each week in low/non traffic areas. Each email From ************************* (Cali) is like a broken record - "We can offer 30% discount on a new flooring purchase to assist with repairs". Only response to the initial underlayment question and response from their rep was "point out on .... Discovered issues **** 2mm underlayment to be used). I even emailed them copied text from BBB complaints about products purchased during the same period. We are asking the full amount of purchase be refunded, along with installation cost (****) and underlayment (****). We don't want to replace defective product with more defective product.

    Extremely disappointed with the quality of this product, but mostly the lack of protection with packaging. The company claims you only need to order 5% overage to account for waste, however, it is more like 40-50% waste with the amount of damaged planks we received. It was our first time ordering, so we shot high and ordered 30% over what we actually needed. Our hope was that we would be able to have extra to complete our downstairs bathroom when the time came. However, many of the planks came with damaged corners. The damage is so small (the very edge) but it renders that side completely useless because it will not lock properly in place and the floor will not be waterproof. I contacted the company about this issue but they said they couldn't do anything because it was beyond 30 days from our order. The planks have been sitting in our garage on a pallet until our home (new construction) was ready for flooring. There was no way to tell from the outside that the planks were damaged. It was only until we started opening boxes that we noticed many planks were broken. We used as much of each piece as we could but, but sometimes half or more of the plank was unusable. I left a review on ******** and they said they would reach out to the claim department and see what they could do. Days had already passed, so we just tossed the broken planks in the dumpster. After numerous correspondences back and forth, they basically told me the exact same thing because I couldn't give them an exact count of damaged boxes with pictures. Well they didn't tell me I had to have pictures of all the damaged pieces (most of the time the box was not damaged but the pieces inside were due to lack of protection of the edges). Anyways, it was a waste of time and we ended up not having enough to finish our space. We also had to buy a different floor for one of our rooms. Not impressed.
