Purchased a product via the internet for $164.00. Paid shipping to have the item shipped to me. Once i received the product I noted that the item did not match the description on the website. I contacted the business via email and asked for a refund. I stated I would ship the item back and pay for the return shipping. The owner, *** ******* advised he would not refund my money because I "changed my mind." I pointed out to him that the description was not accurate and that if it had been an accurate description of the item, I would not have purchased it. Now the owner has ceased all communication to resolve the matter. The website does not state anywhere "no returns accepted."Business response

Hi, Yes, this customer ordered a product from our website. It was free shipping. His box was missing a part which we followed up with quickly and got sent to him. I disagree with his quote that the item did not match description on the website. We have pictures that show all parts included in the kit and pictures showing it installed in the vehicle. When he asked for a refund because he didn't want it and said it was more than he wanted to do, I responded with a suggestion to get some help with the install or contact us for help and that I would rather see him successfully get the product installed than just get a refund. I never said I absolutely would not refund the product. I did keep in contact with him and agreed to refund his money as soon as we recieved the product and it was all complete. We just recieved the product yesterday 11/12/21. I recieved it back into inventory and refunded the customers money today 11/13/21. I have documented proof of all emails and webstore transactions if you would like to see. I am disapointed to have someone report negativity towards our business before we even have the chance to make it right. I've been running an honest business for almost 20 years and plan to keep it that way.
