I paid Valle Landscape Construction in full for the job agreed upon. The owner took the full amount and did complete the full job only the cement was completed. I asked for a refund multiple times and he has not returned the full refund amount and owes me a refund of $1900. He continued to say he would do the job for months and continued to not complete the job. He said he would email me a contract and I continued to ask for a contract and did not receive it. I agreed to payments and have been contacting for the past two months and he has not responded. I would like my refund back for the job that was not completed. I paid for a service and the service was not completed. I have attached email and photos of the way the job was left.Initial Complaint

I hired Valle ******************* for a landscaping job on my property in October ************************************************* full of $12,000 for just the landscaping, I paid in full for cement work that was completed but he Never came back to finish the landscaping portion its been 8 months and the landscaping Rocks I purchased from him are piled up in my driveway and 133 plants and scrubs that I have paid for have not been delivered, leaving over 15 dugged up holes in my hard, he has a million excuses to my complaints on why He has not returned to complete it, basically $12,000 down the drain, he literally scammed me.Initial Complaint

******* Valle Installed grass at my property on November 9th 2023. I paid him $1500 to install grass and the sprinkler system. I have had noticed little issues with the sprinkler system one of the pipes leaking i called him with family around asking if he could come get it fixed. He was supposed to be out when he had a chance but never came. I noticed that when he was trenching for my sprinkler system, he ripped out the drains in the back and side of the house he said he would replace them and never got them fixed so my backyard does flood. I noticed recently one of my sprinklers broke I called him to help fix it he said it could of been whoever's cutting your lawn once i noticed the sprinkler broke I noticed he never even leveled the grass correctly I was able to put my arm under neath up to my elbow and lift up the grass i have been contacting him asking if he could at least fix the pipe that was leaking and help me with the drains since he was the one to remove them he stated he would be there 4/8/2024 to fix everything and never showed or contacted me I tried to ask for some of my money back to be able to find someone to fix it he won't answer calls only messages and asking me to provide a receipt when he never provided me with one. I just wanted it fix but now I need to try to find someone else to help me since he won't come fix the issues.
