I have a ok experience with *****, who I believe is the owner, but terrible experience when interacting with *****. She is rude, insensitive and agressive. I hope their leadership will recognize how *****'s interaction is driving customers like myself from working with them.Business response

Hello
1st off, **** is referring to herself as a customer. She is not a customer of ours. She is a sub-contractor who provided work for us to our customers. Secondly, while the work **** did complete was quite satisfactory, she did not complete certain assignments on time and that created a conflict between our company and our customer. Her issue is with the way our scheduler communicated with her, not us. Our scheduler is also a sub-contractor who provides a service to our company. The scheduler schedules a ton of work for us and unfortunately does not have time to mince words and is direct with those she hires to provide services to us. Emails can be easily taken out of context especially in the stressful times we live in. We have deactivated **** from further work for us as we cannot risk our relationship with our customer due to work not being performed by due dates given to said customer.

I am rejecting this response because the company has received multiple complaints about the scheduler *********************** and has done nothing. She isnt consistent with responding to emails when requests have been sent to reschedule. Please review her emails to see that her missed emails may be the reason shops were passed due.

I am rejecting this response because: ********************* is the company that hired *********************** as a sub-contractor. They have the responsibility of handling all their sub-contractors as ***** still represents ********************* with each and every interaction, just as every business bears that reponsibility. You may hire other more qualified sub-contractors, as well as provide positive and constructive feedback to current sub-contractors.

In March of 2022, I did three mystery shops on behalf of JM Ridgway at Storage Rentals of America. I was suppose to be paid on May 12, 2022. After not receiving payment, I contacted ***** at JM Ridgway. She was unprofessional when asking about getting the account settled. After months of trying to settle the account, last month, I contacted JM Ridgway one more time to get the account settled, at that point, ***** emailed me back stating that she would have other mystery shop companies to blacklist me if I continued to try to get pay for the outstanding balances. I was stocked that a company would go to such lengths to not pay an invoice. I refuse to let anyone or any company try to blackmail me. This is ridiculous. I would like the owner of JM Ridgway to contact me about this very unprofessional situation.Business response

****** has been paid, and our company has proof which is attached to this response. Please immediately remove her complaint. I spent a lot of time explaining to her that she was paid and to please look at her Paypal accounts. I further dug the attached documents out of Paypal and emailed them to her as proof. She stopped responding to me after that. I believe she thinks we are stupid and will just pay her again and move on to which she is sadly mistaken. Either that or she has something going on mentally, I just don't know.
Again, please remove her complaint immediately and let me know when that is completed.

I am rejecting this response because:they did not pay me. The documentation does t not go with the account Im referring too. I have attached the true and accurate documentation that goes with this account. The printout from their website shows they owe me $120 for three shops that they said they paid me on May the 12th. The other preprint out shows the last payment I received from them on this account was in April.
Also, I dont appreciate the management from JM Ridgway emailing me after they receive the complaint stating they are going to *** if I dont take back the complaint.
I stand by my complaint that JMRidgway is a fraud company that does not pay their mystery shoppers. Its my understanding after talking to the corporate office of the company I did the shop at, they not longer do business with JMRidgway.

OMG!!! You people are not listening either or are not reading things properly and now we are just going in circles. We are not a fraud company and we have paid this individual, and we pay ALL our bills. I have sent you the proof before that we paid this person by depositing money into this persons Paypal account. I am rejecting this response because I attached my PayPal and a copy of JMRidgway printout that proves JMRidgway did not pay me. JMRidgway printout states they paid me on the 12th of May. The last payment I received was in April. So, yes, they owe me.
Maybe they should look into where the money went they said they sent, cause my PayPal account proves, I never received it.
Contracting mystery shoppers and lying about paying them is sickening. I would consider this fraud.
