We brought our ********* boat to Mikes Marine in March of 2020 to repair a gas alarm signal that kept warning us there was something wrong with the gas to the engine. We also bought a kicker motor that we purchased to have installed and connected to the helm of the boat. This required special details to ensure the kicker motor aligned with the helm to run efficiently with the motor. We spent more than 3k to have this done. Keep in mind this took them more than 6-8 months to complete. Then we took the boat to the lake and we were stranded and had to be towed back. We immediately contacted **** that the boat didn't run. They took the boat boat back and kept it for another 6 months and then said it was ready again. We picked up the boat, and agin we took it out and were stranded, the boat failed to run. We took the boat back again, and ****'s son said that it was the fuel tank that needed to be replaced at 15K, (which we paid 12k) the reason for the difference was he was charging us for storage fees ( which we would not have needed if they just repaired the boat). Today its now November 28, 2022, and we still do not have our boat.
