Hi I have been trying to call your phone number several times at different times of the day for a few days now and cannot get through. I had a horrible experience at you ******** location off *********************** in ******!! Had the worst experience here ever and will not be **ming back!! I visited tonight at 9:19 pm 11/8/23 pm The guy at the register was beyond rude!! I had a muffin top that was given to me that was expired and looked horrible! I asked him if he **uld exchange it out. He said yes! Then looked at it pushed on it and had other girl works touch it! Then told me after I got my drink that I would have to pay for a new one! I said no you said you would replace it. He said it's not my pay grade and that I would have to ** to **rporate to replace it. The icing was all over the place and and nasty. He said because it was not open how can they tell it was bad! It shouldn't look like it had been sitting for months. I even told him I would open it. He just kept say Ghotcha! Ghotcha! Would not help!! He was horrible and the girl I'm the shop with the dark long hair was just has bad! I will not be returning and u will call **rporate about this! I have never been tried so poorly!! Not given a c*** about! Forced to by bad food ! I spend alot of money on drinks at this place to be treated like crap! This was Uncalled for!!!!! WHY Would I by something and not eat it! Just to exchange it for the small item obviously something was wrong with it. I just wanted an even exchange! I didn't ask for money!! This making to never want to deal with a Dutch **** again! A waste of time and money!
