I purchased meet from this location. When i got home to cook. it smelled spoiled so i took the meat back for a refund the store clerk verified it smelled funny. she processed a refund. which I never received so I contact the store. Spoke with The owner I believe his name was ***. he was very upset and blame me for their mistake and called me a liar, a thief, and also accuse me of commit fraud. I should have not have been treated that way when the mistake was made on their end. I do not recommend this location for no reason I still have not received the credit back to my account. instead I was charged another $78 hopefully this location will do the right thing and return it and also the owner told me if I came to the location. To show him my card. he threatened me that he will call the cops on me, and also said you mustve used a different card for the return which is not fair. Ill just let the card processing company. Take care of it. No one should never be accused in this type of way for something thats not their fault. After looking at the cameras, and judging me, they owe me apologies I spent over ****** at your store and you accused me of fraudBusiness response

I'm sorry this customer received this type of treatment. However it wasn't from the ***** location. I'm the owner of the ***** location and this encounter came from the Dixon Grocery Outlet. The receipts clearly state the Dixon store which the owner's name is ***.Business response

Hello,
The attached screen shot shows a refund to ********************* for all the meat and frozen items that she requested a refund on. I explained and showed her that she received a refund but maybe she used a different card. I also have video of the same transaction and it clearly shows us gladly excepting the rather large, requested return and the transaction being refunded to whatever card she swiped. I also explained that I have the video showing the refund being processed correctly and could show her. We have been in business here in Dixon for 4 years and pride of our great customer service record, including ************ and ********* This customer has left bad reviews on all social media and now with the BBB. This seems like extortion, that she is demanding a refund when one was already provided as noted in the attached pics and attacking our good business reputation.
