              My water filter from Clearly Filtered has continually developed mold even after taking all of the necessary steps theyve recommended. They have replaced the upper basin with a new one but it continues to grow mold. I contacted them again on. 11/13/23 and was told that my limited lifetime warranty has expired because its been 24 months. I have two issues with this. 1) *** had this issue far before the 24 months that theyve stated and theyve never been able to fix the issue. 2) I purchased this product partially because there was a lifetime warranty on the pitcher. How does a lifetime warranty expire after 24 months?! Seems like very deceptive advertising.Id like a replacement basin (actually several since I know it will continue happening and they wont replace it any longer) for the reasons listed above.

              Two problems... one of the filters I purchased took 3 hours to go from the reservoir to the pitcher. When contacting customer support, they wouldn't replace it because they said it was technically working. Six hours to fill a pitcher? Thanks.So, I cancelled my subscription. When I log in my account even confirms it's cancelled. But, they billed me $150 in August of 2023 and I had to dispute it. Now in June of 2024 they did it again. Don't go near this company or product.
