On October 2023 my husband went in for a checkup, they ended up telling him he needed a lot of work done approximately $5,000.00 he applied for credit, and they approved him. Before the day of his appointment, we called and cancelled everything completely. Six months later we found out that ********** had requested full payment for work that was not done and now we have a bill of $5,000.00 I had to call multiple times to the billing department to have them refund the amount it took them almost a month, however we got stuck paying $300.00 on late fee's that they are not willing to refund us and also my husband credit was affected from a 700's to now low 500. I'm asking for them to refund us the $300.00 they owe us for their mistake.Initial Complaint

On 2-7-24 I went for annual checkup. They ended up telling me I needed to purchase a membership for the cleaning I needed. Telling me it would be my cheapest option. They never offered me what my insurance covers cleaning. The next day after speaking to my husband and feeling taking advantage of. And to make it worse I was charged $680 the membership price is $600. I asked them to cancel this membership and provide a refund. They said I would get refunded the difference of $312 for a service they did. After them not understanding I felt taking advantage and sold on buying this and never offered my free cleaning from my insurance. I agreed to take the refund for the difference of $312. The manager agreed to do that with text messages showing they agreed. Numerous messages showing $312 would be the difference. A message from the manager showing refund is processed and to wait 7-10 for payment to be refunded. After 30 days I did not get nothing. Now they are just ignoring my calls and texts and requests to my refund. After telling me it was done and to wait 7-10 days they are refusing to refund me my money. If you see Yelp and ****** reviews. They are notorious for ripping people off, using sale and scare tactics to take people's money.Initial Complaint

On September 16th, 2022. I paid for my release of records from ************* Dental office on ********************************* Downey, ** *****. I did not receive my medical records, which is a violation of my rights and I paid for a service not received. I have contacted ************** Dental office on numerous occasions, and I went to the office twice to request my medical records. I have not received any records to date. The office told me that it would take up to 10 days only.Initial Complaint

2020 my child required braces on his teeth. We were called and had to pay out of pocket a total of **** ******* to be paid in full. We did so and this dental office used COVID to get out of doing the work. They did a subpar job of Placing two braces on his teeth and within one day they fell off. We called to remedy this issue and got the run around. They lost my sons paperwork numerous times and this is within the span of a year. We finally got a hold of the company and they laughed at my wife on the phone due to this being delayed and them using the argument that they don't have a orthodontist on site but once a month. I'd like my money back for a job that I'm incompleteBusiness response

Consumer Response /* (-5, 8, 2021/08/12) */ I'd like to have my money back as soon as possible especially since the office chooses not to engage in conversation And acknowledge the wrongdoing. I feel cheated and I literally paid money for a service that we never received and my sons mouth and teeth were awful. The braces broke the next day and they would not see him and it took over a month to se him and they messed that appt up as well last year. When we arrived at the office they said they lost his x rays. Then about 2 months later after waiting for a new appointment I called them and they did an appointment and placed a spacer on his tooth. That was it. What about the full braces that I paid over **** dollars for. I have this all on my Citibank online account so this is on record.
