    ************ Initial visit for Routine Cleaning - we requested for free Ortho Consult - office took pictures and moldings of teeth for Consult - when scheduling Consult, they had us sign contract papers to start personal loan with **** - one of the signed papers stated (not verbatim), if we decide to cancel contract after treatment began, we agree to pay 50% of the total treatment ************ Ortho Consult - ************ stated I would require to remove several teeth and need a ************ Consult to either treat my gums first or get authorization to start ********** ************ ************ Consult - we canceled appointment and ********** treatment - when requesting for our loan to be ********* they instructed us to speak with their *********** ******** - ******** told us to contact their Manager - went to office again to speak to ******** who told us to contact their *********** but only via phone because they do not know her schedule ************ nearly 4 months after canceling and numerous messages, ******** emailed breakdown of charges: - ****** **** of the ********** treatment) - ****** (Dental records/imaging) - **** (additional fee my sister's insurance did not cover for her cavity fill) - we agreed to pay for all completed services/imaging: - ****** for Dental records - **** for the cavity fill - we should NOT be liable for 50% of the ****** ********** treatment that we have not yet begun, let alone even complete the required Periodontist Consults for clearance in order to create an Ortho plan or to have any retainers made. - office claims treatment began with imaging, even prior to the free Ortho consult - Imaging for Consult and actual ********** treatment are separate services, and is the reason they are charging us full price for only imagining - if imaging is part of the Ortho treatment, only 50% of the imaging costs should be ******* - response emails written by unidentified person other than ********, the **********
