            Kaiser will not let me contact my doctor. I've let the doctor know themselves (*******************) that I'm unable to contact them through the Kaiser app - I've called Kaiser multiple times to let them know, and I've submitted two complaints on Kaiser's website regarding this. When I try and reach out to the doctor on the phone, I am on hold for a long period of time and although a kaiser representative indicated they took my message verbally for the doctor, I received no written confirmation of this or response yet from kaiser. In addition, when I submitted a complaint to kaiser regarding this on 1/3/24, kaiser closed the complaint on 1/4/24 without verifying with me if the issue was resolved (with their app not allowing me access to contact my docotor). Kaiser has not yet responded to the second complaint I submitted on 1/4/24. It appears as if Kaiser is purposely not fixing this and it is making it difficult for a patient to contact their doctor. I have ulcerative colitis, considered a disability, so it feels as if this could be dicrimination as well.

            Do not listen to patients. Gives patients the run around when asking for something. Does not care about patients. No longer a **************. It is ran down and treat patients like they do not matter Ll they care about is money
