      So I went in there with anticipation to buy a car, I bought a 2015 ************* with 90,500 miles on it for $21,000 with $5,000 down. It was my first time buying a car so when I went in there I didn't know what to expect. Upon getting the loan and signing paperwork I asked about a warranty on the car, the employee ******* told me the owner **** offered a 3 month motor and power train warranty the car was purchased on September 15, 2022 when I walked out of the dealership I asked for copies of the paperwork I signed and he said he'd email me them, I then contacted him about the papers again and he claimed he handed me papers but when I told him he didn't he then stopped contact and stopped responding. I was driving the car to work on October 16th, 2022 when my engine blew. The oil pump gear had ejected out of the bottom of the engine causing the car to not run and I was stranded in the desert with no service for 5 hours I missed work and had to pay $200 for a tow they didn't reimburse me for. After initial contact of the dealership after what happened they denied any involvement and told me it was my fault that happened and they won't back me on getting the car covered. I have proof from the mechanic and the insurance adjuster both saying it was a mechanical malfunction and it wasn't a direct result from me doing anything to the car. They have since blocked me and I can't get ahold of them and I just need to get to work.**************************************************** I spent the money that I could save for awhile to buy a car I've always wanted and it feels like I'm getting punished for that and it's just not right, if you can help me get this resolved I'd really appreciate it I just want to drive to work is all.       On august 22, 2022 at 7:41pm I purchased a vehicle from Volta Motorsport. They only way the sells man (*******) told me I was going to be able to get this vehicle was to put down a down payment of $2,500 dollars which I couldn't afford. I was only able to provide $2,000 dollars and the dealership still applied $2,500 on the contract as if I had given the full amount which I did not I was off $500. Volta Motorsport still gave me this vehicle lied about the down payment. The next following days employees, and the manager *******, kept texting me numerous times from many different numbers harassing me telling me to don't say anything to anybody about the down payment also when i do the interview with the lender. The vehicle broke down 2 days later from the purchase date. On august 26, 2022 I called ****************, finance company to report the issue also confirm I had already returned the vehicle. The finance company confirm they never pick up the loan because I never did the interview with them, also because I was confirming I did not want to keep the vehicle and had returned it back to the dealership. Dealership Volta Motorsport pick up the car after 2 days from purchase date and had possession of it since then. Now Volta Motorsport is not returning back my down payment of $2,000 dollars. I spoke to multiple employees including the manager named ******* multiple times regarding my Down payment and the answer was always the same " we are not returning the down payment" " you are not getting you're money back". That is what they told me everytime. Volta Motorsport has never contacted me since last time I called on the 26th of august asking for my money back. In the contract states if the contract gets cancelled and the loan does not get approve I the buyer need to return the vehicle immediately, which i did. Also the seller, Volta Motorsport needs to return any trade-in vehicles and any down payment money I gave for the vehicle which the dealership is refusing to do.

      So I filed an application for financing *********** as a buyer and me as co .. so I get a call we got approved so we went to purchase the car. It had many paint imperfections so I asked if we could get that fixed with the purchase , I was assured by ******* that I would get a free polish. As we are about the sign the papers ******* let's us know that it is *********** in the application not myself... and he didn't even want to run my credit cause he said I wouldn't get approved. So at that point I felt pressured to just buy the car ****************** , when the sole purpose of me buying a car was to build credit. Unprofessional on their end. So I'm riding in a scratched car , so far I put 13000 miles on the car and already my battery pack went out 900$ repair and the dealer wanted nothing to do with it. I dont want an apology I want a solution. I don't think I should be paying for repairs to the car when I didn't even get to drive it 6 months without an issue. And I never got the polish as discussed, I got a quote from a detailer letting me know It needs a 3 stage correction wich is 600$ not including the detail beforehand. I don't want to pay for any of this but I guess now I do have to for dealing with this fraud they call a business.

      I purchased my first car (used) at Volta MotorSports back in late February. I sold the car with zero oil (I have a video), which can blow up my engine. When I called and brought up the issue they wanted me to drive the car to their mechanic to get oil. This was very unsafe so I said no and had to go out of my way and purchase my own oil put some in my car then take my car to their mechanic. The oil was black and required 3-4 oil changes until it was clean. This was very unprofessional and communication was awful. I was also told the day I left the car dealership that ******* (car salesman) had put in an order for my license plates that same day. My licenses have now expired and I have not received my license plate. It is not June and I bought this car in late February. I called the DMV about a week ago and they informed me the car dealership had barely put in an order for my plates on May 2nd. This also seemed very irresponsible and unprofessional of them. They did not inform me or let me know about this. I could have gone to the DMV earlier and put in an order myself if I knew. In addition, my car is missing 3 parts. ******* stated he would order them for me and their mechanic would fix the car for me. Once again, no communication on their part, my calls get denied, and I must call from other phones in order to get their response. They have not shown me their order confirmations for the parts. They just keep saying, they ordered them and it hasn't been delivered, even though it's been months. I get no response from them, no updates, no communication. At this point, I don't know what to do and need help. I am very frustrated as I can not drive my car due to the plates being expired, my car is still missing parts, I had to change the oil 4 times in order to drive my car, and I need to replace the car lights as well. This place has caused such a headache and I am trying my best to get them to do their part. Please help in any way you can. Thank you.

      I bought a car at this dealer, which they sold me with a carfax that said that the car had no accidents, I took it paying everything to them, a few days later my mechanic inspected it and it is a high-risk car, I am in danger driving it, the dealer does not want to accept his fault and does not give me a solution

      I purchased a car here on march 21st 2022 First off they gave me one price and when I left to get the cashier check, they called me and tell me they wanted the full price instead. Ok fine We drive the car home and the next day we get in to drive it and noticed the steering wheel from the column area would shake/move up and down. I called the dealership to let them know, they said to bring it in. I said I was not comfortable with driving this car, it's a safety issue! They told me well you drove it home you can drive it back! That's a 2 hr drive.. Thank god I purchased an aftermarket warranty, I brought it to a mechanic today and they too said it was a SAFTEY ISSUE!!! This company, the same day I bought the car, had someone come in the office complaining, yelling about a car they had just purchased the day before, saying it overheated, the computer was fried. I should have left then!! This company doesn't care if their vehicles are safe or if they last you a week, as long as they can get it off the lot and sold!! I want them to cover the deductible and if any other charges are charged
