            I purchased a brand new 2024 travel trailer from giant rv Colton ****** the walk through it was leaking and the guy said it was normal the gaskets were dry and it would stop. Also he was having trouble getting the hitch pin to lock in place so he got a drill and drilled it out.the hitch was damaged and never worked properly after that I took the trailer camping once and the leak never stopped and found multiple leaks I took the trailer in for service aamd theyve had the trailer for 2 months saying they are still waiting for the tech to take pictures for approval

            Giant RV ************** is a joke. After waiting months for a appointment and then months after taking the trailer in for repair the leaking toilet still leaks. Thank God it's fresh water leaking. I made another appointment but it was months out again. After I had to cancel, that appointment and then being unable to make another because we were out of state and then just being so frustrated with the quality of workmanship there, I called Coachmen/******* River and asked about the issue with this trailer. I asked if there was a design flaw. Never really got an answer. They denied any responsibility since "they" had paid Giant RV to "fix" the leaking toilet issue. Now, tried to make another appointment but they won't cover it! In my mind, if they fixed an issue and it is still an issue then they should back their workmanship PERIOD! I don't care if it's been a year or three, they "fixed" it and it's not fixed. Seems to me it's just another means to ripping their customers off. Will NEVER deal with this company again!
