I was referred to this company by a lender. This company preys on individuals wanting to improve their credit to buy a home. I have been working with this company since January and nothing has been done. They initially lost my credit file and didnt start to work on it till March. They promised a trade line as an effort to fix their mistakes. After that I was completely ghosted. I wrote **** and *** multiple times through email and text messaging with no response. I have sent them an updated credit report multiple times, yet they fail to update my profile or work on the correct items. Prior to signing up with this company I was working on repairing my own credit with no knowledge of what I was doing. I was able to repair more alone. I feel this company took advantage of my husband and I. I would not trust this company or hire them. They charged me over $2k to ghost me and do nothing to help us.Initial Complaint

I have signed an agreement back in July 2023 and paid everything in 3 payments for a credit repair process. I had initially started the process with ******* and once the last payment was taken I never heard back from him. One letter of disputes where sent from him after that no communication was provided. I called in October and spoke to *** and apologized due to ******* not doing his job. She called me back and stated that she would resolve the issue never heard back until my husband followed up in December. ********* emailed and stated that only 1 round of letter where done and a second round of letter where going to be done in December to get an update in January. I had to email the company to get a follow up and all they do it lie make up excuses and blame other people for the lack of work and horrible communication they have within each other. I had request a parcial or full refund but was stated that was not going to be possible. I has been over 6 months and nothing that they promised has been done.Initial Complaint

O 9/1/23 I contacted a company to consult regarding a debtor. He made all promises that due to COVID 19 we were protected from this debtor. He initially demanded $675 to start the process. During this two months the guy did not responded my calls text and voice mails. I contacted the wife who told me he was out of the state in a conference. Subsequently he text me that he was sick, then that a family member passed away, etc. I finally told him that two months passed nothing was done to let me know at least if he send a correspondence or a call so I can have as starting point. By then I called the debtor who told me no correspondence or call has been received in our behalf. After my last email he responded with a false payment arrangement to pay the amount in full plus interest and late fees. I requested a refund for the services not rendered but he got violent and treating. Finally on 10/30/23 he agreed on refunding the money and send me a text with a confirmation of the refund. Today 11/6/23 have not received the refund and he is not responding my communication. See attached copy of him agreeing to refund. I have all documents of all my corresponce throughout the two months.
