They say they warned me the of the condition of my tire was poor but it blew out a week after I was never warned ever. I called them back they denied ever helping me then I told him I had a receipt and he hung up on me I would like that refund from my previous Business with them plus the cost of the damage they causedBusiness response

The office told the client that his tire was compromised. The client commented that he would exchange it upon receiving his check.

I am rejecting this response because:
My family and I were on the way to Las Vegas when we stopped at this local tire business. We had them take out a nail that was in the tire they repaired it and did not tell me anything about the tire being compromised. I had cash on me and plenty funds in my bank account I would have replaced the tire completely or all four if need be.
