      On April 12, 2024 we purchased a used 2016 **** CMax car from Envision **** Lincoln of Duatre. The transaction included a Due Bill for three items. See attached Due Bill. In the approximately six weeks since then we have tried numerous times to confirm the items were ordered and when they are expected to arrive. We repeatedly was given the run around by the dealership. They have not ordered the three items. We have talked to many people there including the service department, parts department and several managers. No one will order the remaining parts. People say they will call back, but do not. This has been going on for 5 weeks. We would like a refund for the three items, including delivery fees if we have to buy them myself elsewhere, and the labor to install the visor. We estimate this amount to be around $500.

      I found a **** Transit van from *************, Duarte, for my North America trip. Despite initial doubts, I was reassured by the warranty and dealership's reputation, initiating the purchase with salesperson ******. However, complications arose with tax inclusion and shipment requirements due to my ******* residency. Although we eventually settled the financials, my $15,000 payment was followed by unexpected mechanical issues with the van, a check engine light, and a transmission replacement, contradicting local dealer information. The situation escalated when the dealership, through ***** from finance and general Manager *****, refused to uphold the sale, offering unsatisfactory alternatives and denying requests for diagnostic reports. Faced with an expiring apartment lease and a tight conversion timeline, I am filing a complaint. This is illegal and worse than a bait and switch, and the state attorney must be notified. The dealership's actions have caused financial strain and inconvenience. They've also not refunded my $15,000, enabling them to resell the van for a higher price. The van also has a valuable asset with a pre-installed lift, estimated at $10,000. Any comparabl van is at least $10-15,000.00 higher. The dealership's handling of the sale reflects poorly on their practices and ****'s reputation. I am out $500 plus wire fees, which ***** once said he would credit me and later denied.
