      Ordered a set of front and rear brake pads from bayoptiks on 5/27/2024. Was informed it would take 3-4 weeks to ship. Attempted to cancel order by email on 6/8/2024 with no response. Sent follow up email on 6/12/2024 with no response. I still have not heard anything from Bayoptiks regarding my order, and have not received the items that were ordered. Attempted to file credit card dispute, but Bayoptiks claims there was never an attempt to cancel the order.

      I purchased a set of tail lights from this business on 5-3-2024. They shipped on 5-6-2014, and I received them on 5-14-2024. When I received the delivery, I opened it immediately and discovered that the lights this business sent me were used. One of them already had a water spot in it along with something rattling on the inside of it. Another didn't even match the set and was not what I ordered. Upon inspecting these units, the had scratches on them in various spots and the seals were all degraded with the adhesive barely there with debris stuck to it. I brought this the their attention, it took them TWO days to respond via email as that this the only contact info that they have listed on their website. Since I did not receive what I ordered which was NEW tail lights, I requested a refund and the response I got back was that sales are final and that they would do an exchange after I sent back the junk that they sent me. It took them so long to arrive in the first place, which I would have been ok with if it was the right product and was new. There was no where on the website that said I was buying a used product. I do not trust their quality control and frankly their business practices are suspect. All I want is a refund and to be done with these crooks. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYHING FROM THEM. My first red flag should have been that they only accept email communication. When I emailed about why my item hadn't shipped after almost 4 days of them providing a tracking number (again, I understand that delays can happen so that wasn't a big deal initially, problem is they source from ***** and that wasn't disclosed) I never received a response until I got the automated message that my package was out for delivery on 5-14-2024. Just overall, the worst experience I have ever had as a customer and I hope that others take heed and avoid Bayoptiks unless they improve the manner in which they do business. This was NOT a custom project by any means.

      I bought a carbon fiber spoiler for a car from this merchant, but it didn't fit the car at all after it arrived and couldn't be installed. I sent an email to the seller but the seller didn't reply or communicate with me. Order #**** Amount ****** Purchase date March 29, 2024

      Bayoptiks is a business that sells modified lights for vehicles. I sent my lights out from ***** and they did not perform what was paid for. When I reached out they started going around the claims I made and finding excuses. I have all email threads to confirm what Im talking about. Id like a refund.

      The customer assumed that he paid for an option and mistakenly thought we had excluded it on purpose. We sent a copy of the customer's invoice showing that he indeed did not purchase the option, hence excluding it from his order. Regarding the scratched outer lenses, we showed proof that we replaced the lenses as we took photos of the product prior to shipping as we keep records of all of our products during quality control testing. They were brand new and scratch free, it was likely that the shop who installed his headlights scratched the lenses by using a harsh material to attempt to clean them. Regardless, as a goodwill gesture we refunded the customer $200 (price of new lenses) and offered to replace them again at no charge. We also advised that the shop should be careful in installing his headlights as they likely damaged them during installation. Attached is a copy of the email in which we resolved all misunderstandings and issues with the customer.
