On May 6 2024 you replaced windshield on my 2012 ****** Prius , I called and informed you about a leak after I wash my car 1 week later. You told me to make Appointment and come back on Monday May 20. I came in left my car there took Uber to work Uber from work and you told me it's fixed. I called you last week and schedule appointment on tuesday may 28. I came in you told me you will reinstall glass. Then you said you cant find issue and will not be removing and reinstalling glass.I took uber from work to work so far spending $50 in uber rides. You cant diagnose issue properly. I car wash my car yesterday and it leaks both sides Unfortunately it is still leaking from driver and passenger side as I mentioned to you. Please be advise that if you cannot repair my car correctly I will seek repair at different location and provide you a repair bill. This is not acceptable that I have to go back multiple times to fix this issue. The fair outcome would be to fix issues without additional cost to me for you to remove glass you install and refund me $279.35 plus Uber charges since you cannot fix the issue.Business response

Dear ****,
Thank you for addressing the issue with BBB. Per our documented and doing extra miles to diagnosed the problem without an extra charge. The very first time we learned about the leak and our installer had already fixed it and tested it to make sure there is no leak on your windshield before you pick up the vehicle. There is no further leakage from the windshield. The second time when you called for a new leak from different place. Our technician had inspected and tested out from the windshield and no leak found. Our shop should have charge you $150.00 for the time of inspection and diagnosed service fees but we have waived the fee and did not charge you at all. Per our technician, The leak came somewhere else but nothing from the windshield. All glass will not be responsible for this claim. On another note: We can offer you for one more time of free diagnose but you will have to be present at the time of diagnose with our technician so you can learn and understand the process.

I am rejecting this response because:1) You have failed to repair "Leak" properly under first attempt. Read your warranty disclosure on the bottom of receipt. "LIFE Time Leak Warranty"
"All Glass Provides A life time warranty on air and water leaks for the life of the vehicle on installation of your new windshield."
2) I return to you with proof of video and photo showing leak issue. I spoke to **** who agreed to replace glass due to leaks.
When i return to your shop she said they could not duplicate issue. I explained when issue happens and instead of checking **** said test were made and nothing leaks. She started to explain to me how drainage works on the car with pictures and drawings. I explained that it has nothing to do with Windshield leaks.
Very same day 5/28, i took my car to Car wash and it leaked once again.
I explained to **** that there is an issue with sealant and she said no issue which is not true.
1) I took my car to another reputable shop for a second opinion. They open a driver side panel , recorded video and took photographs of the issue.
Not only I saw leaking on the left side but they show me how you tried to patch it with a new sealant.
I immediately lost trust in your company because **** started to draw me picture how drainage works. I said this is not an issue because before glass was replaced issue was not there.
I have full documentation of this issue now.
You are telling me you should of charge me for diagnostics $150 and you waive the fees on negligent work by your shop?
Not only your shop failed to diagnose and repair a problem but the work was done incorrectly.
I do not have time to go back and forth and to spend my time and money on something that should of been done right from the first time.
You as a business owner should of handle this issue right and replace leaking glass on a first complaint.
Since **** agreed to replace it second time and failed to do so for whatever the reason was, the examination of the work done by your tech should of been done right so i would not have to come back and deal with this issue.
You should "refund" due to Improper installation causing multiple attempts.
