            I scheduled an appointment on the dealer website to have a tire replaced. I had to take 3 hours of leave from work to bring the truck in. I received emails and phone calls reminding me of the appointment throughout the week. I had warranty questions about the tire and tried for hours to get a service advisor on the phone prior to driving the hour to the dealership in bumper to bumper traffic and was unable to reach anyone. When I arrived the man behind the desk (****) was incredibly rude. I let him know that I had an appointment scheduled at 3:40, I was about 10 minutes early but I had questions about the warranty and was unable to reach anyone prior to coming to the appointment. I tried to ask the warranty questions and he was so rude to me I could barely stand to speak to him. Eventually I said okay so I can just get the tire on and pay for it and then get reimbursement. To which he replied yes. I then asked him if he had any idea how long it might take to replace the tire and he told me tomorrow. To which I replied, I have an appointment at 3:40. I am not a walk in. To which he replied, I dont know what to tell you, my guys leave at 5, we will not get to it tonight. You can leave it and we will get to it tomorrow. I then asked him why they allowed me to make the appointment if they could not honor it. He stated that the service department didnt make the appointment. Someone in ******* did and they dont know what is going on there. I said that makes zero sense. I asked him for his name and card. He said ****, and he didnt have a card because he is new. He was rude from start jump. I came to the dealership alone, thinking that since Id made an appointment and changing a tire takes 30 minutes, I would wait for it. I had no idea they wanted me to leave it there overnight or bring it back the next day. I called the whole service department and no one answered the phone. I could not get help from anyone. It was rude and unprofessional and it cost me $216.00.

            One of the worst dealership experiences I've had in the ***********. I took my 2024 *** ****** 1500 in for service due to an oil leak and a manufacturing defect. After being told my truck was ready for pickup, I discovered they had taken it on a 210-mile joyride. Thanks to the *** app tracking the vehicle's movements, I was able to see exactly where they went and for how long.When I confronted them, they gave several conflicting excuses. First, they claimed the truck was only driven around the dealership. Then, they said it was taken on a limited drive to check for oil leaks. Finally, they admitted the service manager took the truck, but they couldn't explain why. Their main excuse was that it was an 'extended service drive,' even though this happened after they told me the truck was ready for pickup.To make matters worse, after I got my truck back, the oil was still leaking, meaning they didn't even fix the initial issue. It's clear that this wasnt an 'extended service drive'they just used my truck as a delivery vehicle for their own purposes.I've filed a police report with the Dublin, CA police (report: 24-701472), and theres an open investigation. I strongly advise against going to this dealership for any reasonsales or service. They were dishonest, treated my truck poorly, and lied to me. The service rep even offered to cover one month's truck payment to resolve the issue, but later claimed I misheard them. This place is shady. Stay away.
