      I purchased a brand new *** 2023 Sportage in May of 2023 from ********** in ************. On the morning of December 17, 2023 I walked out to my car to find what appeared to be ice on the front grill. Upon further inspection it appeared to be that the grill had actually melted in some areas! There was absolutely no logical reason for this and I immediately called the nearest dealership, which is Dublin Kia. I made the appointment to have my car serviced and the front grill looked at. Yesterday, January 3, 2024, after the service and inspection were done, I was informed my car did not show any mechanical issues and a claim was filed with the warranty department. Later that evening, my service advisor, ***********************, called to tell me that the front grill was not covered under warranty and to follow up with the *** Consumer Affairs. My car is less than a year old, still under warranty and the grill is melting in the middle of winter with no known cause!!! I've included the total amount spent on the purchase of the new car not including the $431.40 service and inspection spent yesterday at Dublin Kia. Clearly, this is the manufacturer's responsibility and there is a defect in the quality of this product.

      On 8/22/23 when I purchased a **** Kia ******* from Dublin Kia. ***** was condescending during the signing process and he did not take time to explain any of the policies. The car trouble started immediately, I notice water running onto the carpet in my front passenger seat. There was a small puddle of water beneath the mat as well. Yikes! Staff wiped the water with a towel and gave me an extra towel to take with me just in case. A few hours later the bottom of my vehicle dropped out and began scrapping the ground causing parks. Extremely dangerous and embarrassing. I also noticed the puddle was back and water was running. I contacted the dealership. I was told that I had to tow the vehicle back to them. Thursday I was still had no vehicle. When I called to find out when Ill get my car back they gave me the runaround. The most comical part was when they stated that there was paperwork that was missed and I needed to come back and sign them. At this point I had to insist on a loaner car because they didnt want to give me one. ***** told me they where doing me a favor. I had to spend money to come sign paperwork that they missed. I have been totally inconvenienced and had to miss several days of work behind this mess. Communication is horrible. Tuesdey 9/6/23 and I am still without the car I purchased. **** contacted me and said he needed the loaner car back and refused to give me another. He then threatened me stating he would report it stolen if I didnt bring it back even though he initially stated a driver would pick it up and bring me a different loaner. I wanted to stick to that agreement. He got mad and started calling me brother (totally unprofessional) then said he was canceling my contract for a car that still isnt fixed.Great.At this point I want my money so I can spend it else where. It is 9/6/23 and these clowns havent brought me my money nor picked up the loaner. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They do shady business and sell bad products.
