My wife and I bought a used car from Dublin Toyota and we had nothing but stress w/ it for 3 years. Below is a note I wrote in hopes to get a response from ANYONE. Nothing. Please forward this email to *********************** and ***************************. ****************, I don't think I have received worse customer service than I have received from you and Toyota of Dublin. I recently brought in my Explorer to have it fixed yet again. It was not fixed properly the last two times I brought it in and that carelessness caused the current damage. While waiting, I was contacted by Toyota of Dublin about wanting to appraise my vehicle and wanting to buy it. I agreed and was given an amount that was **** less than what our payoff amount is. I contacted you sir in hopes that you, knowing the history and frustration that we have had with this vehicle since day one, would be willing to just give us the payoff amount and make us whole again. At the very least split the difference with us. I'm sure that Toyota of Dublin will still make plenty of money re selling it again. I had 2 separate people leave notes, w/ my name and phone number, on your desk, I had one lady literally hand you a note to please call me and I left you two voicemails to please call me. I didn't even get bounced around from person to person, I was simply IGNORED. Is this how Toyota of Dublin handles people that have had numerous issues with vehicles that they purchase? Is this how Toyota of Dublin "Does it right"? This company sent my wife home with a broken part within the braking system. That could have been catastrophic. You sir, know all of the other issues that we had over the last 3 years. If your mechanics cant fix a vehicle that is not a Toyota, they should not "wing it" and risk my familys safety. It is now, over a month and I still have not heard word one from anyone. I really hope Toyota of Dublin makes this right.
