    My system has not been working since December of 2022. When it was installed they did not set up my account or show me how to monitor the system so I didnt know it wasnt working until the annual review. I am still waiting for over a month for a technician to come fix it. Meanwhile my power bill is very high and I owe a lot of money at True Up. This has been a waste of my money and time.

We strive to be the best at what we do and in this case, as the owner of the company, I do not see where our sales and post installation support fell short. Our pro-active consultant ***** offered our service of yearly complementary bill review on May 22nd. This was your second yearly review. We do these reviews in effort to prevent surprises like we were able to identify your unique situation. If we were any other company, you would not have known this was a thing. I am proud of the fact that our system is working in your favor. YOU CHOSE THE RIGHT COMPANY! Your concern was immediately forwarded to SUNPOWER Corporation by our Post-Installation expert *******. Keep in mind, we are pro-actively scheduling these bill reviews annually simply to make sure all is well. 99% of our bill reviews are us just patting our clients on the back and saying "you are looking great"! This is because we work with the scientifically proven most durable and reliable equipment available. Sometimes, we do suggest rate plan changes or ideas on when to run certain devices in yearly bill reviews, but it's been over a year since I remember anyone with the problem you have and we were able to recognize.
