This company seemed professional at first. We were getting our HVAC unit replaced using our home warranty. They called us when the unit arrived to schedule the installation. They called the next day to cancel the installation because the unit wasn't going to pass the permit inspection. Then they went ahead and installed the unit on the originally planned day without letting us know, so no one was home. When our tenant tried to use the new unit that night it didn't work. We called the next day and they sent the installer back out. He said it was the thermostat. We replaced the thermostat and that wasn't it. He came back and said it was something else and he'd get the part and return Monday. (It's February and in the 30's at night) So no heat all weekend. Then Monday Flores calls and says he's sick, he'll be there Wednesday. Wednesday nothing. We call them in the afternoon and were told that he won't be in for a while. So we ask if someone else can come and fix it because it is literally freezing at night and there's no heat in the house. ******* asks if we expect her to pull someone off of another job and we felt that since a non-functioning unit was installed, that wasn't too much to ask. It had already been a week without a working unit. She said she'd call back, never did. Friday we call again, she then says she doesn't have anyone qualified to fix the unit so we ask if we can hire another company. She says that she has the part, but she won't let anyone else install it. It was almost 2 weeks with no heat before our installer came back and fixed the unit. I have called 4 times in the month since then and spoken to ******* about getting an invoice for the money we paid them. She is rude and unprofessional, every time saying she'll email it to me, but she never does. I cannot recommend this company.
