Upon receiving warranty repair for my heating system the owner and operator brought his wife to his appointment and proceeded to be verbally abusive toward her in my home, charged me for services not rendered and broke my air conditioning unit and refuses to come back and repair. Unfortunately this is the closest repair service through my insurance and I am stuck either not having AC all summer or coming out of pocket.

You agreed to the non covered costs prior to getting an entirely new unit that was supplied and installed by the home warranty company.  We have never received any notification of any issue with the system or the units from you or home warranty.  The only question we heard was- why did I have to pay the previously agreed non covered costs of $475- for nearly an $9000-11000 new system.  If there's an issue- contact home warranty and get it taken care of instead of making bogus and unverified complaints and reviews about our company because you were charged for the amount you had previously approved.

Your interpretation of my "verbal abuse" towards my wife was just that- your interpretation. We have been married 30 years, and while we approach things differently, are always on the same page.  We wish you and yours can only be so lucky.

I am rejecting this response because: I spoke to the warranty company back in feb and march regarding my unit short cycling and raising my electric bill by $500 a month. Now my unit will not cool the house. I called again and and they tell me its a new unit and you told them you did all you could and everything was correct I hired and outside company to come and look at my unit and there are several things that werent done.

      from other company:

Inspection of system any repairs, cleaning, and labor are additional

On arrival I found the system on and functioning with outdoor unit consistently short cycling. Installed Fortnite gages and found the high side pressure was consistently reaching 610 psi which is causing the high pressure switch to trip and equalize which is the reason for the short cycling. After a visual inspection of the system, I found that the refrigerant lines were from the original install. And I can not tell if these lines were flushed for any refrigerant contaminants. Also notice the section line has no insulation indoors or outdoors. Due to the pressure issue and possible contaminants in the system I would highly advise line set replacement, vacuum and recharge of four ten a refrigerant. Also found multiple line items that would cause this system to not even pass a code inspection such as missing insulation, no locking And no structuring of the outdoor heat pump for earthquake securing.

Unit wasn't installed to code her home warranty, instruction, and directions. Homeowner finally contacted home warranty with concerns and we happily returned to address concerns.

To date, we have determined issues with other parts of the system that were not touched (ductwork) that is causing her issues.  All other concerns are being/have been addressed.
