I bought a product from the Retro gaming house through thier website. The product was the the GT king emulator for the price of $331.55. I recieved it about a month later than I should of. And when I recieved the product I found it to be very defective. It was not user friendly at all. I tried asking for help from thier company by calling and emailing them. I only recieved an email with vauge instructions on how to fix the problem (which didnt help at all). So I tried calling and emailing them again about getting a refund. And I just recieved an email stating that they guarenteed thier product as "user friendly" which it was not at all. So I got tired of arguing with them about how thier product and how it was not user friendly at all and told them I sent the product back to them and demanded a refunded. I sent it as certified mail and they recieved it at 11:48 am on oct. 17, 2022. And now they refuse to process my refund. I'm very tired of emailing this company back and forth and need help getting my money back for thier defective product. Purchased a well over $300.00 gaming emulator from this company and upon receipt of the system that has well over 8,000 games on it of the 40+ games ive actually attempted to play i can play 6 games total. I reached out to the company and was pretty much informed “this happens” i have all of the emails between us and im basically told to deal with it. Save your money and please stay away from these scammers! As you can see by the emails they didnt respond to absolutely anything after july 23rd until i had to reach out to them again. They do not care about the customers its just a way for these hacks to make money
