    BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning delivery issues. Customers allege they have placed an order with the company online. Once order is placed, company will take payment. A notification of shipment is received but no items are ever received. Customers have also indicated they have issues with communication with the company. Company will fail to respond to emails and to inquiries regarding refunds. On January 7,2021, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. As of February 12, 2021, BBB has had no response.

      I have placed multiple orders for clothing with this company. For the most part I have received items that I have paid for. But over the past 2 years or so I have placed 2 separate orders and only received a portion of those orders. Receipts were included stating that they only shipped part of the order and that the rest would be sent separately, but I have yet to receive the missing items. I paid for and did not receive 3 hooded sweatshirts from an order placed back in August of 2021. Also i am missing 3 prints/pictures from an order I placed in August of 2022. I have sent numerous emails/text messages/ and direct messages via Instagram over the past 2 years. I have been in contact with them a few times as a result of these communications and have been promised numerous times that the issue would be resolved and that they would ship me my missing items. I have yest to receive the items I payed for and I have not been able to get in contact with anyone for over 6 months now

      Much like other reviewers, the company took my money in March 2023 for products they've never shipped. They've been completely non-responsive to emails, calls, texts. A shame because I've been a customer for many years and didn't have issues until now, aside from a couple slow shipping or inventory things they communicated about and solved). But they've clearly gone the scam route now.

      I have ordered from this site before and I follow regularly on Instagram and have interactions. The brand seems to have its ups and downs and so when they announced that they would do customs for people at a higher charge I go excited. This was offered through their Instagram stories. I sent in my idea and got good feedback. They responded and said that they could put it on a hoodie. I had to send the money through Cash App because that was the only option and it was to Fred the owner himself. I never received my package, but because it wasn't through the website, my only proof was through DMs and my cash app that money was sent. I messaged after about a month. I continued to messaged and even messaged through their email address and received nothing. About 6 months later randomly I received an apology message and asked for my size. I let them know. It has been 2 months and I received nothing. And again, no responses to my messages. At this point I'm just disappointed.

      I purchased two products from The Forest Lab 2 months ago. There has been no status on shipment in the time period. I followed up via email, and got bounce back auto replies and then decided to follow up via Instagram. The account holder noted that my package would go out the following day, and here we are a month later and no further replies. To make things a little more sketchy, their Instagram account does not allow for public comments so other people cannot express concerns or leave a bad review on services. I am aware I will lose my money, but hoping others don’t with this scheme.

      I placed my order on 3-31-2023 and I havent received any update/notification(s) regarding my order. Sent them a private message on Instagram, emailed them and still I don’t get a response. Im not sure what else to do other than contact my credit card but I’m hoping I don’t go through that route. Hopefully by going through BBB, they can response and let me know what’s causing the delay.

      I desire a refund or my product delivery. I order from theforestlab on March 21, 2023 and my order number ****. In additional, i order the Mamba Row 2xl gray. The total was $50.00.

      I made a purchase with them 1/22/22 my order number is #3488 I contacted them numerous times through email and instagram and have only gotten replies of empty promises and no resolution.

      On January 21 2022 I ordered 2 shirts from The Forest Lab that were on a promotion. It was a good deal and I purchased the shirts via theforestlab.com. From the completion of the transaction, my payment was taken ($28) and I received a confirmation email. Unfortunately that was all I received. I am yet to see another email stating tracking information and my merchandise never arrived. I have reached out numerous times via email and I have called a number that has been provided as well. I am yet to hear back from this company. Very disappointing.

      Purchased a shirt on 1/22/22, and have still not received it. Never received a tracking number or anything. Complete ghosted. I have tried reaching out to them several different ways and different times, and get no response. Place is a complete scam, just look at the other complaints. Save your money and do not purchase from here!
