I purchased two bottles of SK-II Facial Treatment Essence online from WWW.Yamibuy.com on 9/4/23, paid $229.98 (2 x $114.99). I received the two bottles on 9/7/23 but asked them for return on 9/8/23. They emailed me back and told me their returning address and said that they will refund in 5 days if the items are un-opened or un-used. I sent the two un-opened bottles back in original rapping through **** on 9/15/23 and emailed them the tracking number. The **** tracking shows the package was delivered on 9/18/23. After more than three weeks I still not received refund. I have email them several times, but they refuse answer my email. I tried to call but couldn't reach them. Two days ago, I contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. I received a letter today from my credit card company said that Yamibuy.com has respond, their answer is: "Confirmation showing no return per policy was received". That means either they denied receiving the returned package or the bottles were opened or used (not meet their policy). This company is doing very bad business of lying and cheating on customer. I have never even open the original rapping of the bottles, and I have **** tracking as proof of the package delivery.Business response

In this case we have already issued refund on 10/13
But the refund can not be processed maybe the customer has charged back the payment
We will follow up for it
And we haven't received the returned package yet
The tracking shows arrived but our RMA can not find the returned items

I am rejecting this response because:
They lied for two issues.1. They claimed that they didn't receive the package, but the post office tracking showing the package was delivered to their personnel at their business address, not just drop the package to somewhere else.
2. They claim that they have refunded the money on 10/13/23, but it has been 15 days. My credit card /bank told me they have never received the money.

Order # 2*********136 I ordering some medicines from this business . They didn't deliver it to me on time as they showed on 6th March. They protend it will be delivered to me with my other items (some snaks) I emailed them to inquire why? They replied that it will be deliver in 2-3 weeks , I was shocked ! ! I was not noticed that the medicines will take 2-3 weeks to deliver to me when I placing my ordering... they did not take their's responsibility to notice their customer before they make their's ordering... I those waiting for my medicines days, my health issues went to worse, I only can grab one on Amazon I work everyday , no free time to consult a doctor... I requested a cancelation and a rufund. They replied NO . I am seeking a helping from Best Business Breau NOW.Customer response
