Horrible company. I purchased Peptamen 1.5 Unflavored due to insurance issues that were quickly resolved. The companies website does not have a phone number so I e-mail them multiple times asking that the order be cancelled without a response.They are not a professionally run company and should be avoided. There are many more reputable companies online that offer the same services.

Horrible company... loved them at first. With an autistic 3 year old still using formula as his primary nutrition i thought this place was awesome. My packages came so fast and the prices were great... then my packages started coming slower and slower. I had an issue with my last order and the responses were extremely condescending with absolutely no care in the world about their customers. I told them that and that I can't believe the way they talk to people and I will be shopping elsewhere. Their response was "that's fine, thanks!" Horrible horrible people and a big issue that wasn't resolved. Give ur money to better company.

They sent me formula that expires in 5 days. This place is a scam and should be shut down. Its down right dangerous to be selling expired formula hoping tired moms dont check the expiration dates.

So they block the bad reviews but I used to love this company till I never received my $165 in formula. I will no longer purchase from this company. I think this happened because I wrote a review that said something about how weird it was that the price goes up almost $10 every month. When I first started ordering in December 2023 it was like $145 for 6 cans and now it's $165. You won't find this review because I'm pretty sure they deleted the bad review. Other wise first starting out the formula got here so fast it was great. It took less than 5 days. Wrote the 4 start review and now all the sudden no formula. Emailed them and they claim they would "Make sure this is taken care of with a status update and priority mail." It never happened. BEWARE! I am now out $165 the order on my acct says it was shipped and delivered but the **** tracking number says they never even received the box.

I had to pay additional shipping charges to the post office because they mailed my package in an inside out **** box that was labeled "priority" but did not pay for priority shipping. I contacted the company several times but they ignored me.

I received my order but only received half of what I ordered and I have emailed them over and over with only response is that they delivered it. *** told them it was delivered but only half my order. I will never make this mistake again for not looking at the reviews first.

I placed an order that was never shipped, and there was zero response to my inquiries. Do not order from this company

I have had a great experience with them. My orders were coming in very timely manner. The last order I made of my babies formula, 2 out of 4 of the containers were busted open. Could be during shipping or I am not sure. I asked them 2 send me 2 additional can as a replacement of my cans and they sent me an email replying I will get the tracking number of the replacement, but I never did. So, I sent an email again and then they said again I will get the tracking number. And then still did not get any tracking number or the replacement formula cans. This poor customer service, I believe. You make the customer believe that they are getting the replacement and then you never do anything about it. I am super disappointed in the business!!!

I wish there was a zero star button. This website is a scam so please do not order anything from them. I ordered a 6 pack of nutramigen toddler from this company in October of 2023 and the next day received a tracking number so I thought everything was legitimate. I could not have been more wrong. After 2 weeks, there wasn't any update on the tracking number and I even called the **** to confirm that nothing had been sent which it hadn't. I then emailed (since this was the only form of customer service available) and received no reply regarding my order or expected shipping date. I emailed a again a week after that and still there was no reply and the tracking number still showed a awaiting package at ****. I opened a case with **** to make sure they didn't lose the package and they again stated that this merchant never sent them anything for delivery. I then reached out to Affirm (who I used to make the transaction) and disputed the transaction with this company. To my surprise, they finally answered in January 2024 stating that they sent the package in December of 2023 (2 months after the order and a week after my dispute started) but with a few issues. One, they provided a totally different tracking number from what I received from them when I ordered. Two, the address that it was "supposedly" delivered was not my address, not even the same city as what I provided them during the order. This company literally STOLE food out of my daughter's mouth in the form of $299.99. Please, if you are considering buying anything from this company...DON'T!! Them are scammers and I will be filing legal action after this. BEWARE!!!!

My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday but it never showed up. No contact from them on why it wasn't delivered. Emails go unanswered and every time I call, it rings and rings and then just hangs up.
