The bar charged my card for someone elses tab I disputed with my bank it was 61$ and ever since I did that that have been denying ** service they spread a rumor about us and told all the bartenders we are only allowed to take cash and even though I dont agree with how they handle the situation Ive still been paying cash but every time we go in there we are now harassed and embarrassed about this situation aloud to all the customers and today I had enough of their harassment. They have tarnished our name for no reason how can they repair that ?Business response

I apologize for the delayed response; this complaint letter was mailed to our actual business and not our billing address.
***************/******/other akas Have recently been coming to my bar. ***************(?), her boyfriend (***********************), and boyfriends dad (***********************) came in and drank, played pool for at least 2 hours. Their bill was $61 (not a lot for 3 people) was signed and accepted at point of sale. They later disputed the bill; our business accepted the loss, and we still accepted them in on a cash only bases. They were offended that we cannot accept their card anymore. Why they are offended or why their feelings are hurt I will never understand.
Furthermore, I have bartenders and dozens of customers that will attest to their behavior. They are known in the area to carry firearms and ***************(?) openly brags about her carry conceal permit on ********* She has threatened me many times to the point I had to block her and all her fictitious names. If she comes back to the bar, she will be greeted by the *********** and they will validate her permit.
I have camera to prove their time in the bar, purchases at the bar, and their signature on the bill at the point of sale.
