I took out a payday loan in the office at ******************************************* middle of December (16th) for total with fees was $300 vs my SSDI direct deposit amount. The bank account I had was a safe banking checking acct. They told me I would have to have another checking account that allows me to write e checks to get the loan. The acct my direct deposit was set up for was not the checking acct they set up for my loan. I had to give them both checking acct info. The repayment they set up was not even 30 days later but was January 3rd. I was surprised being a first time customer that they loaned me the full amount allowed in **********. ( First hint they are predatory loan company). Before the 3rd came I realized I would not be able to make this payment in the office as I had also set up the first day I took out loan, so I called them and let them know ahead of time not to withdraw the $300 as it would bounce. I told the lady I could pay in full the next month on Feb 16th. The lady in the ******** office was very professional and showed compassion to my bad misfortune. She had asked me when I could pay it so thats when I told her Feb 16th. Believing I had done the proper thing and called ahead to update them before my payment was due and we discussed the date I could pay that all was fine and that they were awesome people; NOT THE MAIN OFFICE THOUGH!! They ended up putting the check through the other acct that didnt have direct deposit but DID HAVE ECHECKS and it was returned for insufficient funds GO FIGURE!. So I know had a $35 fee owed to my bank that I had informed this company already not to do this ahead of time! This company does not keep their word or the main office I dealt with offers solutions to remedy the problem but the HEAD OFFICE DOES NOT HONOR THEIR REMEDY! I called this company several times restated the same sentence about Feb 16th and they thanked me and then the same thing happened again on February 3rd! Then returned check fees again!
