I ordered a night and day combo. I only received the day part of this order. Contacted **** to be told by ***** "Thank you for contacting ****. We are so sorry to hear that your order ****** arrived in error. Please understand this is not taken lightly by any member of our company. We will have the rest of the order shipped to you immediately." To go on and be told that there was nothing they could do besides give me a coupon. I had to purchase more product for their mistake?!?! They refused to fix the glitch that their computer had (they admitted it was their mistake. I have all the emails saved) and send the correct product. That week of Thanksgiving, better coupons came out and they temporarily took my email off their email list, I still recieved the emails on my separate email account. To spend close to 200 dollars I had to save for months. To be so excited to try this product, then I never received the order!!!! I did not order a 40 percent off coupon. They give coupons out weekly. I ordered the day and night package and only received the day.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company and I did not receive the full order. I have tried to get in touch with them and get no response. I would like your help to get my money refunded. The only portion of the order that came was the Full *************** Extract Tablets. Here is order information. Order #****** was placed on June 4, 2022 and is currently Completed.Order updates Monday 6th of June 2022, 03:23pm Full *************** Extract Tablets (KET0221KB10A04) x 1, NightFall Kratom ******************* (KTM0919NTFL-2) x 1, Full *************** Tablets Holistic Health (KTM121875FLSP-1) x 1 shipped via **** on June 6, 2022 with tracking number ********************* According to my account they state that they have sent three products and they only sent one. The day that the package arrived I discovered that 2/3rd of the order was not in the package. I emailed them and called to leave a message to the ***** number on their website. I emailed them one time a day for the following five days. I have checked my junk mail to ensure that I am not missing a reply. According to their website they reply within 24 hours and they suggest to check junk mail. I have called them about 3 additional times asking for a reply and I have emailed them from my *********************** and ************************** I would like your help to get $55.99 refund for the products I did not receive. Each product was ***** and they had a 30% off special.Initial Complaint

I placed an order (previously order several times with no issue) #****** on April 4th, 2022. My e-check cleared on April 4th for $55.06 the shipping label was created on April 5th at 5:51pm but was never shipped nor received by **** or me. Ive left numerous messages through their website, numerous emails, voicemails & private messages through Instagram and have never received any help or response from any those (except an auto generated response saying they received my message & would respond within 24 hrs which never happened) I would like a refund and for all the hassle and my products ordered.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 2/7/22 for $199.98. I immediately noticed I didnt receive any email or tracking information. It is now 2/2/22, I have never received the items. I have emailed and called multiple times the last few weeks and never get a response. I simply would like my money refunded at this point.Business response

We have contacted ***************** and have started the refund process. Her order was not shipped because the shipping address for her order was invalid. We reached out to her and let her know that we can ship out the order or issue her a full refund. **** opted for a refund so we have started the reufnd process for her. We will send tracking for the refund check once it is shipped out later today.
