Made an initial appointment to have my home cleaned. Company requires I give them a credit card for billing prior to first appointment. Cleaner came to the house reported home was too dirty to clean and left. Money taken from my card for cancellation fee. I did not cancel appointment the company didBusiness response

I am writing in response to complaint #********
We take all of our feedback and reviews very seriously, we strive to provide excellent customer service and it is our top priority.
Your attempts to reach us regarding this complaint was inadvertently missed and we apologize for not responding in a timely manner resulting in a delayed response.
I am writing in hopes that you will take in to consideration, that we have followed up with the customer and the situation has been resolved. We were in the process of using a new system and the card was charged in error. We explained to the customer with our deepest apologies, and refunded him, as soon as we realized our error. We are happy to provide a copy of the refund given to the customer, we truly aim to provide excellent customer service to our customers and will work harder to ensure this does not happen again.
We would like to how we can remove the complaint about our company, since we took action to remedy it to the best of our ability and it has been resolved.
