My wife ********** placed two separate orders on 1/6/24. Order# ***** and Order# *****. Each for $146.75. We paid expedite shipping so we could receive our order on or before 1/12 before leaving town. When you log in, it says "order fulfilled 1/8". Never received our orders. No tracking numbers were ever given. Reached out on 1/12 but no answer. Reached out again on 1/15 & received an email apologizing stating, they never received the items to be shipped & offered a refund. So we order same items elsewhere & asked for our refunds. Emailed again on 1/16 but no answer. Tried using their chat feature 1/21 but zero response. Also, tried calling the store directly on 1/22 but mailbox is full & cannot leave voicemail. Two other friends of mine ordered the same evening and are going through the same scenario as my ********* Nobody has received their items or can get any real responses. I wish I looked at BBB before placing the orders, because the reviews sounds exactly the same as ours! I would just like to have both orders refunded ASAP. Thank you
