I been coming to this car wash over 20 years now. Today I got a $12 wash through the touchless pressurized wash around 12 o'clock. I hopped on jamacha rd & pulled up to a friends house to shammy it realizing my hood was missing paint from the combination of ******************* from the wash. There's was still green solution on the car after the wash. I spoke to ****** the manager which said **** the owner will get back to me. ****** asked me to send pics which I did. I used voice text & a cpl ***** were switched around accidental. Instead of freshened paint my voice text read freshly painted which got **** to respond to me all of a sudden. **** calls & mentioned the freshly painted voice text which I correct him instantly stating it was a voice text mistake. He admitted to seeing the paint being removed from my car watching their car wash cctv footage. He than stated only if I took my car to his guy to tell me whether or not it's been painted before & if it hasn't he'll pay for the damages. I'll keep posting a update on what happens next I wanted to make sure you all know there's always Soapy Joes around the corner which I go to also as well as many others in town which none have done this to my car beside "UNhappy cus. Car wash"! Worst car wash experience of my life!Update **** They don't want to fix the damages they've done to my car. I'd be more concerned damages on your car since the touchless pressurized wash doesn't clean properly anyway. CAREFUL WITH UNHAPPY CUS CAR WASH!!!
