4/2020 we purchased a home from this company. The home was promised in 6 weeks. 3 months later we were advised our home was no longer available we were given the option to have the model home delivered. Home was delivered another 3 months later. Home came with extreme damages. broken pipes, broken counters, holes in walls, appliances not tied down bounced around and were damaged, flooring scratched beyond repair, insulation damaged with animal f**** and urin as well as torn apart from under the house, electrical issues, the list is long.We were advised it would be handled under warranty. 1 item at a time over the last 2 years has been addressed through agonizing work on our part. This company does not assist with vendors or contractors, does not communicate it takes weeks to get a response for each item. However, we have had to find the repair companies we have had to do some of the repairs on our own. We have not been followed up with. We still have no paint, no insulation, electrical problems, plumbing problems, broken bathtub and more to name a few. The company is not responding nor assisting. They have ceased all assistance and communication. This house is still unlivable. We need help we paid $80,000 for a house to come to us used, broken, and have attempted for 28 months to get this resolved. We need the repairs done, or a replacement home or refund. I purchased a home over 10 months ago the home I was told was being built in ********** it's was built in ***** I am having difficulty getting the home to ********** they are not helping to resolve the situation I was charged nearly $20,000 more than the original price which includes shipping from another state and surcharges for supplies I have yet to get my house I have paid nearly $82,000.. I get nothing but excuses and no one answering phone calls in *****.Initial Complaint

My husband and Ive had major issue w/ IMH and ******* Homes since long before the home was delivered (6 mo late). ********************************* (Manager, Salesperson, Admin) and her father, ************************* (The *** and *********** employee," per ********************), have known of our roof issues since the homes delivery: 01/2020. We've been run in circles all year (more than...). Approx 11/20, we were told we were approved to hv the roof replaced. They had us get 3 estimates from roofers. ALL stated the roof was in such poor shape, no one was comfortable repairing the roof. "It looks more than 10 years old," per one roofer," needing replacement. IMH and ******* Hms didnt agree w/ the estimates WE received, so they sent their own (3) roofers for estimates. They ALL STATED THE SAME. ***** w/ ********* Roofing was chosen (their guy, their price). ********************************* appv'd Silvestre Roofing (via email) to do the job. After radio silence for abt a month, I reached out to ******* Hms, even speaking w/ the Customer Srvc Experience Mgr, *****************************: ************ in 05/21. He said he was former law enforcement. He promised to contact me back and "make things right." After sending the email, with photos, **** completely ceased all communication. Then, I finally found out he DENIED OUR ROOF REPLACEMENT?! We hv bugs drawn to the precipitation thr the roof, and they get stuck on ceiling. The roof vents are nailed shut. No ventilation. Shingles werent placed to keep precep out of our attic space. H20 heater door is screwed shut (no doorknob); Its not H20 proof. Theres a leak in the wall there. Its getting worse. My recessed lighting is sagging from the sockets in the ceiling. I, now, suffer from eosinophilic asthma (MCAS) since moving in. I take monthly infusions at the cancer center (TriCity), just to breathe.
