Hello my name is ******************* and I want to file a complaint about this person *************** and her associates. We bought a nail salon ( Eva ********************* in May 2023 from ***************. A non compete were agreed and signed. From May 2023 to Sept 2023 there were many bad things happened to our store like store windows broken twice, gunshot to the store, worker's car tire got stabbed twice, worker's house window got broken, threaten messages to me and our workers. ***** told me to let her back into the Eva ******************** as a partner by then everything will be ok. I refused to her offer. Then the store got many fake 1 star reviews on yelp and ******* Im still dealing with these fake review now. I have evident of fake accounts gave us a 1 star review and gave her new store ( ***** ********************) 5 stars. She then offer me to partner up with a store nearby ( Vivid nails). I told her I dont have money. She offered me to have 25% of that store and I dont have to pay anything. I refused.As of Oct this year, she bought the store under someone else's name. She also works there and luring my customer over there by many offers. Some of my worker came to work for her. Our customer list got stolen on Oct ****************. On November 1, all of my customers got a promotional text message about a discount at Vivid nails. Vivid nails uses the same design, exactly same menu and products, only deleted the name of the store and change address. Many of my customers got confused and think that we are changing our name and location. For the past 3 days I have collected over **************************************************************************************** to Vivid nails before. Some of the customers stated that they thought we are changing name and location. We are in urgent need of help to stop them from competing dirty. We are losing customers everyday due to this. Please help.Let me know how can I provide evidences.
