      I. NTB Tire Napa Rebate Promotion A. NAPA brakes purchased on June 29, 2021. B. Receipt and rebate form completed and submitted on July 1, 2021 using NAPARebates.com. C. Deadline July 15, 2021. D. Instructions note to "allow up to 8 weeks for rebate processing".II. Follow-up A. Contacted NAPARebates on September 3, 2021 on ************. B. Spoke to "*****" and explained that I had submitted on July 1, 2021. C. After lengthy hold, "*****" explained that my submission had been received on July 1, 2021 but that the image of the receipt could not be read, not contacted that there was an issue. D. Instructed to email a copy of the receipt to ***************************** with NAPA SPECIAL SERVICE **** in the subject line. E. ***** advised that the claim would be honored because the initial submission was made within the deadline time-frame. F. Notice received 9.17.2021 that claim was denied and rebate would not be received.

      On Aug 30 I went into **** auto parts at *******************************. I ordered a part was told 3-5 days. Contacted the store to check status was told part never ordered was treated rudely and sarcastically by store mgr Zang. I contacted district mgr. For resolution sept. 1st he reassured me th111e part was ordered and resolve problem with store mgr. I still dont have the part was told part never ordered its going on 2weeks and no resolution

      Had a garage install a lifetime wheel bearing from ****. In november. I heard the humming come backand changed the other side. Same 206 dollar lifetime part. The sound didnt go away. And found out after 9 months and **** miles the bearing has failed. Sure I can get a new part and put it on. But will I be changing these every 9 months. Its alot of work that I luckily can do myself because I'm sure the garage would still charge me labor. What I would like is to be refunded my 412 dollars. So I can go buy some real parts that wont fail every 9 months. But I've also been working on cars a long time. And I know the run around you guys are going to give me about getting money back. You'll just give me another junk part. I spent 542 dollar at your store 2 days ago. Thousands over the years. Today is the last day I will deal with napa. Sell better parts. Plain and simple. Some people are willing to pay for quality. Especially when it comes to our cars

      I order a part online on 7/26/2021. Part # BK MTSA **** Maxi Trac Vehicle Awing Order #******** . The order stated that is would be delivered on July 28, 2021. Upon reviewing that order on 7/28/2021, I called the Napa customer service line & was told that the part would be shipping out that day & the order was still processing. On July 29, 2021 after not receiving the product I call customer service a second time. I was told the same thing. That the order was processing. I requested that the order be cancelled & requested a refund. I was told due the fact the order was processing it could not be cancelled. I submitted online to the customer service and they stated that "unfortunately our resources to assist you with this matter are limited. We ask you to please call our support team at ************." I called a third time inquiring about my order. I was told the same thing. It is processing. I demanded a refund.As of today we still do not have our item. I want a refund of $108.24.
