            We purchased a Subaru in May of 2023. This dealership has yet to send the title documents to our local ********** of ***** Vehicles so we can register the car in our name. We have called for months. We have taken mornings off work to stand in line at the *** to see what can be done. We have paid for 2 temporary registrations so we can drive legally. We have spoken to the manager named ******, a manager named ***** and the title clerk named *******. They have said they will call us back and usually don't. We haven't been able to leave a message for ******* because her voice-mail box has been full for months. She has not called us back when messages have been taken for her by others. ***** called us back once two weeks ago, said it was taken care of and that was a lie. It has not been taken care of at all. The ********** *** has instructed to make a legal complaint with ********* PD and **********. So that's our next step but we are pretty powerless in this situation. This dealership has major internal communication problems and little to no respect for its clients. This dealership needs to complete our transaction with them.

            Brought my car here for the first time and will never bring it here again.Service representative had no knowledge of my vehicle warranty and attempted to charge me for services that were covered. I was told that I needed new tires and it could be dangerous to drive my car yet was not provided with any printout or information about this when I checked out. They tried to upsell me on services that were not needed. I was never contacted to tell me that my vehicle was ready so I waited at least an extra hour for no reason. Since I was told it may be dangerous to drive my car I needed to get more information. Trying to call in and talk to a service representative that is not a robot is nearly impossible. When I tried to call to get information about my tire health I left 3 messages and never received a call back. I finally go a hold of a service tech and gave my email so they could send me the information. I never got the email. I called and left 2 more messages without a reply. I still have not heard back from them.Poorly run business that apparently doesn't appear to care about their customer's safety.
