They did a horribly ugly replaster that needs to be completely redone. They also didnt install my salt power cell and didnt put any chemicals in my pool and now the water has turned green. They have taken over half a year to make my pool look worse than everInitial Complaint

I signed a contract with Sol Pacific Pool Plastering Inc. for $14,191.00 in May of 2021. As pool replastering got underway, all seemed to go well. However the owner, ****, was not a good communicator. We paid extra within the contract, to include start up to insure it was done correctly so we would not compromise our new Pebble Fina finish. It is with this pool "start up" that everything seemed to go wrong. They never came out when they said, if we got any word at all. The pool turned so green it even surprised them. There were many imperfections in the finish so they did an acid bath/wash, which meant we now had to empty half of the "new" water out of the pool. The pool was then filled but it left a line around the entire perimeter of the pool. It was difficult to get ****, owner, out to look at it and he text on July 27 to say he would be out on the following Tuesday but never showed. On Aug 31 I sent an email with no response and a text on Sept 8 with no response.
