I have had them put in a system many years ago and over the years some little parts have been replaced. I call them and they are out within 2 days and after 10 years they still cover 90 % under warranty.They are the best

During installation, the crew used the flat portion of the roof over our kitchen for a staging area and caused seven holes in the roof. They tried to patch two of the holes (inadequately per subsequent roofer, and despite having a roofing license), and left the other five holes. A couple of nights later it rained, and we returned home on a Saturday night to a flooded kitchen and rain water pouring in through the ceiling. They left those five holes open which we feel is egregiously bad workmanship, and didn't tell us about the holes which we feel is extreme disregard and negligence. At that point you'd think a company would perhaps make a genuine effort to reduce the impact of the disruption to the homeowner. Well, not SolarTech. They readily admitted the error, but declined to provide contact for their liability carrier and said to file a claim with our homeowners insurance. That turned out to be a very long process, and the homeowners at first denied the claim pointing out policy language not covering indirect damage caused by a contractor. SolarTech's liability carrier eventually also denied the claim saying it doesn't cover replacement value of anything. To add insult, SolarTech VP told us to get restoration quotes from "guys he knows in the business, to keep the costs down." This now after several months of disruption and living out of boxes, and both my wife and I have extremely busy work schedules including working out of town often.We asked SolarTech multiple times to help cover the costs of disruption and starting the restoration, but they refused. Although the homeowners eventually covered most of the restoration after we complained to the state insurance board, we had to take out a large loan to get the restoration started. We had purchased the solar panels from SolarTech, and the cost of the total loss of the kitchen (and loan we had to obtain) was about 3x the cost of the solar system.Solar Tech Energy Systems Inc

SOLARTECH ARIZONA Division really knocked it out of the ballpark with our solar install. They were professional, timely, responsive, knowledgeable and helped our project stay on track to become operational. We had contracted with ******** in January 2024 for our purchased solar. There were delays due to numerous issues with SUNPOWER, who thankfully passed the install portion over to SOLARTECH. ******** filed for bankruptcy in August, yet SOLARTECH made sure that our solar install was successfully completed. The sales personnel, job supervisors and installation crews were good at getting the job done in a timely manner. The crews could have done a better job with their clean up and finishing the job. However this is a common theme for all construction companies. They are to busy going to the next job, they don't finish completely. Of course you don't find these things until months later when you go up on the roof to see if there are any leaks from rain.Solar Tech Energy Systems Inc

I used Solar Tech to have two Tesla Powerwall batteries installed after another solar company ghosted me. Getting the batteries and working through the **** rebate process took some time, but in the end the batteries were installed professionally and I received the **** rebate. I have used Solar Tech for solar panels for my pool, a new roof, and reinstallation of my solar panels on the new roof. They provide excellent customer service and do quality work. Whenever I have called with questions, they provide a quick and helpful answer. I have done some comparison shopping and find that their prices are reasonable. My solar panels were installed at the end of March of 2024. **** Solartech's Sales Manager was great throughout the process. As well as *****, Project Manager, who was always responsive and addressed my needs even after the solar panels were installed. ***** SolarTech Project Coordinator, who was amazing on keeping me informed and always attentive and willing to go the extra distance on getting answers to my questions. I really felt that my best interest was at hand and feel that SolarTech's great staff takes pride in their work and cares for their customers.I am so excited to have ********************** panels now and looking forward to being able to charge my electric vehicle by using the power these panels generate. 5 starsI went back and forth on getting solar for over 10 years. I finally pulled the trigger due to net metering changing back in 2023. I have got more than 10 bids over that time and this year got 4 bids before deciding on SolarTech. Ali Ibrahim was fantastic to deal with and was someone I felt was honest and upfront. Even though SolarTech wasn't the cheapest price I decided to go with them based on personal recommendations and online reviews. They use the SunPower system and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Tesla was much much cheaper but reviews all over the internet showed me they are a disaster in terms of customer service when something goes wrong. So many horror stories about broken systems for months and even some for over a year. That and the fact that they don't use micro inverters steered me away. SunRun was insane in terms of price so they were out. I also had another local installer give a bid and liked them but in the end wanted SunPower so chose SolarTech. From start to finish the project was well communicated and professional. As in any big project like this there was a couple hiccups but everyone from the sales team to office staff and installers were all responsive to my questions and concerns. Rafael and his install team were amazing and the work they did at my house was perfect. He answered any questions I had and he and his crew were super clean and respectful. They cleaned up any mess they made and overall I was really impressed with their work! My system has been operational for over a year and I haven't had one issue with it. I purchased a 14kW system and I'm producing anywhere from high 82-97kWh a day in June and July which are obviously peak sun months in So Cal. The SunPower monitoring is great and the panel level data is cool to see. In conclusion I would highly recommend SolarTech and their team. Ali, Rafael and Charlene were some of the people I worked with and they were all fantastic.
