    Too much to state! I had the shop install a short arm suspension llift, steering components, a tailgate tire holder, fender liners, fenders, and riv nuts. An 11 hour install time on the lift, plus 4.5 for the shocks. Then installing a tire carrier shouldve taken maybe two hours and fenders and the components inside them shouldve taken maybe three or four at the most. This ended up taking about a week! I was charged $7,000! I wasnt able to have my jeep when I needed it for a trip days later. My car sat in the shop for an extra week. This was just the start of it. The control arms were backwards, the shocks were mounted backwards, so they were rubbing against the springs. My steering stabilizer when I turned left would hit the differential cover. The wiring was incorrect, and had to be redone on my shocks. A plastic interior panel was broken, and they tried to say that I did it. They ended up covering that. The mechanic wired my electronic shocks, the way that he felt like it should be done and made a complete rats nest of the wires. I asked them to fix this several times, and they did not. ***** told not rush them when working on my car, even though it had been there for days longer than it should have, and I could not take it on a trip. That was the first time I had riv nuts installed in all four fenders to hold them on, the owner wanted me to be charged $2000. I ended up having to pay $1500 for something that I know really takes a couple hours. There is roughly 48. After three separate occasions of not be able to get my tailgate correctly fitting, I took it somewhere else and they fixed it within an hour. More money. They laughed and said this is the worst job they had ever seen. They showed me bolts were cut and stuck in different places. Every time I had to fix and tighten things myself. I had to show them how to do the work. Thousands spent extra, and I wanted things done right. The owner confronted me and wanted to cut ties. Retorque was not done, no grease!
