My son fell from a stage during a theater practice at school. We filed a claim in his school to cover his expenses and disability due to said injury. The schools insurance company sent ***********************, **** ***** of Frontier Adjusters to, according to him, investigatethe circumstances regarding the injury. He recorded my sons testimony on May 4, 2022 in my home. He told us that he would still interview witnesses, which include my sons theater teacher and classmates.Today, he called and told me that my son was being non-truthful about where he fell. He said that three classmates said he did not fall from the stage. My son confronted his classmates, and discovered that only two classmates were interviewed; one said she did not see it as she was looking at her phone, and the other said that my son fell from the stage, and saw the whole accident. ****************** is not being truthful; he is lying to prevent his client, the insurance company, from paying for damages to my son and expenses incurred during his treatment. ***************** did not even interview my sons co-actor in the play, who witnessed the fall at a close range.
